What are Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts?
Your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) allows you to set aside pre-tax money, sometimes directly from your paycheck, to pay for eligible medical expenses.

HSA accounts roll over into the following year. But if you’re planning on using FSA funds, remember that you need to make your purchase by December 31 to be eligible to use your account.

Be sure to check how your FSA or HSA card works so that you know whether you should spend your funds before the year is out.

How can I use my FSA/HSA account to buy hearing aids?
If you have one of these accounts already set up, hearing aids are reimbursed in the same way as any other covered medical expense, such as eyeglasses or dental work. If you have an FSA/HSA credit card or debit card, you would just pay for the hearing aids with your credit card.

If you don’t have access to a FSA/HSA credit or debit card, you can submit receipts from your purchases to your insurance company or employer for reimbursement from your account.

If you are not completely happy with your hearing aids, please:

1. Contact Advanced Support at support@auditechhearing.com within 45 days of receiving your hearing aids to begin the return process. Return requests made after 45 days of customer receiving Auditech hearing aids are not eligible for return.

2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
No refunds will be issued on hearing aids returned without an RMA.

3. Send the following to Auditech Hearing Aids in the original shipping box:

Hearing aids
Charging cable and plug
Charging case
RMA number

Please be sure to obtain an RMA in order to receive a refund of your order.

Return all items in original physical condition. Customer is responsible for postage. In the event of a return, please be sure to obtain a shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.

Limited Manufacturing Warranty

1 year starting from the date of purchase.

Auditech Hearing Aids warrants to the original purchaser that your Auditech Hearing Aids-branded device (the "Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of One (1) year from the date of purchase. If such a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by Auditech Hearing Aids within the applicable Warranty Period, Auditech Hearing Aids will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either.

(A) Repair the Product at no charge, using new or reconditioned replacement parts.

(B) Replace the Product with a New or reconditioned product.

In the event of such a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. This Limited Manufacturing Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Products are sold by Auditech Hearing Aids itself or through its authorized reseller or agent and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or Forty Five (45) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be required by applicable law.
