What are Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts?
Your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) allows you to set aside pre-tax money, sometimes directly from your paycheck, to pay for eligible medical expenses.

HSA accounts roll over into the following year. But if you’re planning on using FSA funds, remember that you need to make your purchase by December 31 to be eligible to use your account.

Be sure to check how your FSA or HSA card works so that you know whether you should spend your funds before the year is out.

How can I use my FSA/HSA account to buy hearing aids?
If you have one of these accounts already set up, hearing aids are reimbursed in the same way as any other covered medical expense, such as eyeglasses or dental work. If you have an FSA/HSA credit card or debit card, you would just pay for the hearing aids with your credit card.

If you don’t have access to a FSA/HSA credit or debit card, you can submit receipts from your purchases to your insurance company or employer for reimbursement from your account.

Our return policy allows you to return your hearing device within 45 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the device must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that any damage or wear to the device may result in a reduction in the refund amount. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the device and process your refund once we receive it. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary but generally range from 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package. You will be provided with a shipping rate during the checkout process. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
