2. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. This email serves as your proof of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) and shipped via USPS. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days. We are not liable for carrier delays once the package has been handed off.

We do not currently ship internationally. All shipments are handled individually and cannot be combined.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. If an item is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, the customer is responsible for return and reshipping costs.

5. Cancellations

We honor cancellations only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before fulfillment. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or reroute the package. If you no longer want the order, you may refuse delivery. Once returned, we’ll initiate the next steps according to our Return Policy.

6. Warranty

All Auditech products come with a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. During this period, defective products will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair

  • Aesthetic wear and tear

  • Loss, theft, or water damage

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at support@auditechhearing.com with your order number and clear images of the issue.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 45-day return policy on eligible products. Items must be returned in like-new, unused condition with all original packaging.

  • Used or damaged items may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

To exchange a product, simply place a new order for the desired item.

Note: Engraved or customized items and clearance products are non-refundable.

8. Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is not picked up and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge return shipping, reshipment fees. These fees will be invoiced before re-delivery.

10. Errors & Omissions

Auditech reserves the right to cancel any order or correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or specifications without prior notice.
